22-29 days prior to arrival date in India --35% of the total amount payable penalty.

0-14 days prior to arrival date in India --100% of the total amount payable penalty.

After arrival in India (or without notice)--no refund.

An administration fee of $100 will be applicable for all cancelled tours.

NOTE : VISA IS COMPULSORY TO TRAVEL TO INDIA FOR ALL FOREIGN NATIONALS.

Refund Policy:

In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

Payments : To confirm bookings, an advance payment is required, with the remaining balance due before departure or upon arrival in India. Full payment must be completed before services commence.

Overseas Payments : International advance payments can be made via wire transfer to our bank account.

No Warranty : No warranty is provided for any products or services, such as hotels, cabs, or food.

Refunds : Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Exceptions : No exceptions are made for missed flights, check-ins, or check-outs.
